The Windows I Install

Let me be straight with you. The windows I put in your home are Canadian-made vinyl windows, built in an 80,000 square foot plant right here in Vaughan. CSA certified. Energy Star rated for every climate zone in the country. Solid window.

But the window is only half the job. I came up as an installer before I ever owned a company, and I watched good windows fail because somebody rushed the install. The product matters. The installation is what makes it last twenty years instead of five. That is the part I own personally.

Two Frames, One For Every Home

Every Window Style You Need

Casement, awning, single and double hung, single and double slider, picture, bay, bow, and custom shapes. Every one is made to order to the exact size of your opening. No forcing a stock window into a hole it does not fit.

• Casement. Cranks open to the side and seals tight against the frame. The most weathertight window I install.
• Awning. Hinged at the top, opens out. You can leave it open in the rain. Good for basements and over kitchen sinks.
• Single and double hung. Classic up and down sash. The double hung tilts in so you can clean both sides from inside.
• Single and double slider. Slides side to side, tilts in for cleaning. Simple and reliable.
• Picture and fixed. Does not open. Just glass and view, maximum light.
• Bay and bow. Projects out from the wall to add space and light to a room.
• Custom shapes. Arches, circles, triangles, trapezoids. If the opening is unusual, it gets built to match.

The Glass Is Where The Comfort Comes From

Double pane or triple pane. Low-E coatings to hold your heat in through a Toronto winter and cut the summer sun. Argon gas between the panes for extra insulation. More than fifteen glass configurations in total. Triple pane also knocks down street noise if you are on a busy road.

The right glass is not the same for every window in your house. A south-facing window wants a different coating than a north-facing one. When I walk your home I will tell you what actually makes sense for each opening, not just sell you the most expensive option across the board.

Warm-Edge Spacer, No Metal

The spacer is the strip that holds the panes apart at the edge of the glass. Old windows used aluminum, and metal pulls the cold straight to the inside of the glass. That is where the frost and condensation start.

These windows use a foam-based, metal-free, dual-seal warm-edge spacer. It keeps the edge of the glass warmer, cuts condensation, and dampens noise. Small part, big difference over a Canadian winter.

Every window is engineered to meet or exceed Energy Star standards for all three Canadian climate zones, and CSA certified. Vinyl frame with insulated chambers, fusion-welded corners, sealed glass unit. Made to hold up to Ontario weather, cold and hot.

The Warranty

The windows carry a transferable limited lifetime warranty, with full manufacturer coverage for the first 25 years, plus a 10-year glass warranty against seal failure. Transferable means it adds value if you sell the house.

Here is the honest part most people skip over. A manufacturer warranty covers the window. It does not cover a bad installation. That is exactly why the install matters so much, and why I stand behind mine personally.
